Return & Exchange Policy
Return Period : You’ve got 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, as long as it meets our eligibility criteria.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
•The wrong item (you received something different than what you ordered).
•Damaged or faulty.
•In its original condition, unopened, and with all packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, brand seals, and Dohalink security seals intact.
•The exact product you received, without any damage from misuse or mishandling.
•Not part of the non-eligible categories.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it can take up to two weeks for our team to inspect and process it. Our Test department will check if the defect is due to product quality or other factors. If it’s a quality issue, we’ll replace it for you. However, if the item was damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or if any parts are missing, a restocking fee may apply, based on the extent of the damage.
The refund will be based on the original purchase price of the item, minus any processing and delivery charges (which are non-refundable).
