Last updated on 07/10/2024
Our Warranty Policy ensures you’re covered for quality and reliability when purchasing from Dohalink. It outlines the warranty duration, coverage, and the process for making claims, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.
1. Warranty Policy for Pre-Owned Products
We’ve got you covered with a comprehensive warranty on qualifying pre-owned products bought from Dohalink. Please note, this warranty is for the pre-owned product itself and doesn’t extend to any complimentary accessories that may have been provided.
2. Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers hardware issues, manufacturing defects, and power-related problems, excluding damage caused by power surges or electrical spikes. Pre-owned products come with either a parts and labor warranty or a buffer exchange warranty. Dohalink’s policy is to repair or replace products that fail during normal use within the warranty period. We use pre-owned or compatible parts that perform just as well as the original ones. The warranty also includes internal parts that aren’t replaceable by the user.
The warranty period begins on the day of purchase by the customer (the "Warranty Period"). During this time, we guarantee that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
3. Warranty Service
If a hardware defect arises and you submit a valid claim within the warranty period, Dohalink will, at its discretion:
Repair the defect at no charge using new, pre-owned, or compatible replacement parts,Exchange the product for another pre-owned product of equal value; or Provide a full or partial refund, following Dohalink’s depreciation rules, as a commercial solution in place of repair. When a replacement part or product is given, it becomes the property of the customer, and the replaced item becomes the property of Dohalink. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and isn’t transferable.
4. Warranty Duration and Service Procedures
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase. The warranty period doesn’t extend or renew if the product needs repair or replacement; it remains valid throughout transit and repair time. All warranty repairs are done on a “Carry-in” basis, meaning you’re responsible for sending the product to our service center. Transportation and shipping costs aren’t covered under the warranty and must be paid by the customer.
