Your order for purchase constitutes your "offer," subject to these terms and conditions. dohalink.qa reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. If you provide a valid email, we’ll notify you to confirm your order’s receipt and processing. Acceptance of your order occurs upon dispatch of the product(s). No action or inaction by dohalink.qa prior to dispatch constitutes acceptance of your offer.

Minors (13 to 18 years old) may use the site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. The Site is unavailable to those whose membership has been suspended or terminated by dohalink.qa.If you access the Site from outside Qatar, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. dohalink.qa will deliver products only within its jurisdiction. 3. Account and Registration Obligations

“Your Information” refers to any information you provide during registration, buying, or listing processes. We protect Your Information according to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Site, you’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account and Password and restricting access to your computer. You are liable for all activities under Your Account. If we suspect a security breach, dohalink.qa may require a password change or suspend your account without liability.

5. Pricing Information

dohalink.qa strives for accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occur. We cannot confirm the price of a product until after an order is placed. If a product is listed with incorrect pricing or information, dohalink.qa reserves the right to cancel any orders for that product before dispatch. If pricing errors occur, we may contact you or cancel your order. If an order is accepted, you will be charged accordingly, and notified by email. If a payment is processed and the order is later canceled, the amount will be refunded to your credit card account. No cash disbursement will be made. Prices online may differ from store prices due to local strategies.

6. Delivery

Orders within Qatar typically take 2–7 business days. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside city limits.

7. Cancellation

dohalink.qa reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including cases like limited stock, pricing inaccuracies, or fraud detection. We will notify you of cancellations, and refund any charged amounts.

8. Cancellations by the Customer

You can cancel an order before it’s processed. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t available, but you can receive the product and initiate a return through your Dohalink Account Page.

9.Payment Details

You confirm that any payment method you provide is accurate. At Dohalink, we exclusively use Cash on Delivery (COD) for transactions, so no credit card or digital payment information is required. We prioritize your privacy and security, which is why we do not share any payment details with third parties, except as necessary for fraud prevention or legal requirements. We are not liable for any fraudulent activities related to payment methods outside of our COD policy.

10. Transactions

dohalink.qa reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, and lawyer fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. dohalink.qa may also initiate legal proceedings for fraudulent use of the Site and other unlawful acts.

11. Transactional Restrictions

Orders may be blocked under certain circumstances, such as using cards issued outside specific regions or exceeding a daily transaction limit. In such cases, customers can request refunds.

12. Electronic Communications

By visiting dohalink.qa or emailing us, you agree to receive communications from us electronically. These communications satisfy any legal requirements for written communication.

13. You Agree and Confirm

We strive to display product colors accurately, but the actual colors may vary based on your screen.

15. Shipping

Shipping is free for orders over 100QR. For orders below 100QR, delivery charges are based on package details. Additional charges may apply for international shipments.

16. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with a non-refundable convenience charge. Enjoy the flexibility of COD with no maximum limit!

17. Return & Exchange

All returns are subject to Dohalink’s Return & Exchange Policy. Refunds for credit/debit card payments may take 7 to 14 business days.

Our website contains proprietary materials, including software, text, and multimedia. Unauthorized use may violate copyrights or trademarks. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without prior written consent.

19. Modification of Terms & Conditions of Service

dohalink.qa may modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Qatar law. Any disputes will be resolved in Qatar’s courts.
